This condo was voted as the complexes most beautiful rental unit. Our home away from home, this condo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath lake front condo boasting a beautiful lake view. This unit at Southwood Shores Resort Condos is the best! Located in the Horseshoe Bend area just off Road HH, or the 12MM by water, we are right in the middle of where it's all happening.
Enjoy tasteful nautical decor that brings the lake indoors to
you. Full-wall tropical murals adorn the walls. This first floor
unit is up one level up from the seawall, adding privacy for your mornings on the deck, or that quiet nightcap. There are about 8 steps, all down to a covered walk-in entry.
Privately owned, and owner managed, this condo is not available by any complex or company rental program. Completely furnished, unit has 2 queen beds, and a full sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4 private; 6 semi-private.  Amenities include:
- Indoor & outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs
- Kids playground, basketball & tennis courts
- Lake swim dock
- Covered boat & PWC slip rentals & free boat launch and trailer storage available onsite

May 15 - Sept 30
- (3-night minimum)$150/night
- 5-nights.......$140/night

Off Season:

- (2-night minimum) $100/night
- 5-nights.......$90/night
- 7-nights ...... $85/night
Note: 5-night minimum stay on all holiday weekends.
All stays require a $200 refundable security deposit.
All stays require a $50 cleaning fee. Note: Additional condos may be available. We have lots of friends who also own and there is an onsite rental program if you have a large group. We offer this to you at no cost. Just give us as much time for arrangements and setups as you can. Nightly prices may vary slightly.
Cancellation Policy: If an emergency a cancellation needs to be in effect three weeks prior to reservation date. That is (21 days) prior to reservation date. If cancelled less the three weeks you will be refunded all money less the $200 deposit. Three weeks prior cancellations will receive full refund.
Notes regarding payment:
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Payment by check only accepted for stays 30 days prior to date.
Payment by money order only for stays 21 days prior to date.
Payment online only by Paypal for stays less than 20 days prior.
